Day one was okay for me.  I started writing at school while the kids were playing.  I had to quit once I had just started rolling along pretty good.  It was irritating.  I wrote 2,217 words.  I feel good about it. 

21 scenes outlined. 5000 estimated words (I aim low). Still on first paragraph of 4-page Step 6 outline. So far, so good (but running out of time...)

Okay, sorry. I know all caps is shouting...but who can help a little shout now and then? Nano is right around the corner!

My outline is still a ways from being finished, though. I need to get off and work on it more. Who else is outlining? (And have I already asked this question?

It's a whopping 108370 words, including "The End". It's the longest novel I've ever written, to say nothing of the most I've ever written in a month! :is pleased:
